Returns/Exchange

Our terms of sale will be explained by your sales representative when you purchase a product. The terms will be clearly disclosed on your invoice.

Tested: Products that have been tested are in working condition, the nature and extent of which, will be disclosed at the time of sale. No refunds or returns will be issued. The product does not come with any warranty.

30 days As-Is: Products with a 30 Days As-Is term of sale can be returned for a full-refund. Return freight to Prestige Sea Cans is the responsibility of the customer. The product is not tested and there is no warranty.

As-Is: The products are sold on an As-Is, with all faults, basis. No refunds or returns will be issued.

 

Prestige Sea Cans Limited Warranty

Prestige Sea Cans offers 30 Days warranty on select products. Product with a limited Warranty have been tested, where applicable, and the nature of the working condition of the product is disclosed to the customer. At Prestige Sea Cans’s discretion the product:

  1. May be returned for a refund, in which case the return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
  2. May be repaired to the condition at time of sale, in which case any service call mileage is the responsibility of the customer.
